The agreement provides companies seeking nearshore system engineering services access to Dallas based sales and account management while opening up greater access to English speaking Latin American engineers at competitive pricing

Tribe10x, a nearshore engineering firm located in Dallas, and NativApps, a Colombian based IT engineering firm, announced today that Tribe10x and NativApps have agreed to combine operations.  As part of the agreement, Tribe10x will provide all sales and marketing as well as senior account management to clients in North America from its Dallas based location.  NativApps, located in Barranquilla, Colombia will become the hub for all Latin American based engineering development, service and support for the two companies’ combined clients.

The agreement allows North American clients struggling to find competent engineers in the US at reasonable prices access to English speaking nearshore engineers in Latin America within the central time zone at prices competitive with India and Eastern Europe. Clients win with access to the NativApps Colombian-based infrastructure while receiving US-based sales and account management from Dallas, Texas.

“Rather than continue to build our own operations in Latin America it simply makes sense for us to leverage the teams and infrastructure already successfully built and operating at our partner NativApps” commented Jim Steeb, Founder of Tribe10x. “We have enjoyed our earlier relationship with Tribe10x and have admired their sales, marketing and account management expertise. Combining our teams will increase our reach into the North American marketplace” said Gustavo de la Vega, the CEO of NativApps.

The Tribe10x | NativApps teams provide a range of IT services from Systems Strategy to Systems Design and Development to Staff Augmentation.  The services can be provided in a “you manage” or “we manage” package providing ultimate flexibility for clients.

Combined the two companies will have serviced over 60 clients across the North and Central Americas. Total employed resources will be in excess of 600 with an estimated 300 planned hires in 2021.
